Customer pain points:

1. Continuously analyzed influent water quality for 2 months to identify causes and find the main reasons for membrane degradation.
2. Conducted a 15-day laboratory chemical selection experiment based on water quality, followed by a 30-day chemical dosing trial on-site, with technicians continuously monitoring and adjusting dosing.
3. Revised the original cleaning method by adopting cleaning chemicals and frequencies that minimize membrane damage, gradually standardizing the cleaning procedure.
4. Provided professional training to customer operation personnel monthly.
5. Corrected defects in the original system process design, such as severe scaling caused by influent water volume being less than the membrane element design intake.

Results:

1. Membrane cleaning reached an ideal state, with parameters like pressure difference recovering well before and after cleaning.
2. Due to chemical formula adjustments based on water quality, scaling and other issues significantly decreased, reducing the probability of mechanical damage.
3. After correcting process design defects, severe scaling causing mechanical damage to membranes no longer occurred.
