On the morning of February 26, Xu Feng, Secretary of the Jiangyin Municipal Party Committee, led an inspection team to Zhangjiagang City to study talent introduction and cultivation, technological innovation, policy mechanisms, and other aspects. The team conducted on-site visits to Jiangsu Duowei Technology Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Feymer Technology Co., Ltd., Guangshu Automobile Co., Ltd., and Shazhou Lake Talent Apartments. Cao Meihua, Chief Talent Officer of Jiangsu Feymer Technology Co., Ltd., was responsible for reception and warmly welcomed the inspection team's visit on behalf of the company.

In Feymer Technology's digital exhibition hall, the inspection team learned in detail about Feymer Technology's development under talent introduction and cultivation, transformation of technological innovation achievements, and policy mechanism support. Secretary Xu Feng recognized Feymer Technology's achievements in talent team building and technological innovation.
